Vision

John Piper once described preaching as "expository exultation." His point was that the truth of Scripture needs to be set on fire through the passion of preaching.

Jacob's vision is to expand that to all truth; to exultantly exposit the truth of God in all of life. All truth is God's truth, and God deserves to be maximally glorified in the passionate pursuit of that truth among His people.

From the value of Christian philosophy, to the injustice of so-called "social justice;" from God's "egoistic" passion for His own glory, to the morality of Christian individualism and capitalism, Jacob is eager to light a fire in the hearts of your people for the truth of these, and many other topics; to teach them not only how to defend the truth, but to glory in it.

Jacob Brunton has a Bachelor of Theology from Bethlehem College & Seminary in Minneapolis, MN and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. He has participated in various conferences, debates, and interviews.

Social Justice Seminar

The ambiguous and highly controversial topic of so-called "social justice" is sweeping through evangelical churches, resulting in rampant confusion and harmful divisions. But it doesn't have to be that way.

Jacob has been an outspoken critic of the ambiguities of so-called "social justice" from the start, and has had numerous articles featured at sites like Sovereign Nations. He also spoke on the topic at the recent conference on The Gospel & Social Justice in Fort Worth, TX. Jacob is uniquely prepared to help Christians answer the challenges of this new ideology.

We've designed a short weekend seminar which will help to equip church leaders and members to think through the topic of social justice with more clarity, and to combat the unhealthy and divisive aspects of "social justice" which threaten the Church.
